Our planned Ceilidh with the Hammermen was held in the Marress Sports Club on Friday, 10th September.
Although a really enjoyable night for all who attended it turned out to be a purely Skinners event. Craftsmen, partners and friends danced till 11:30pm to the stirring music of Susan MacFadyen Dance Band.
Those of us who didn't know the steps were able to learn from the skilled dancers who shared their knowledge with us.
From the graceful 'Pride of Erin' to the lively 'Drops of Brandy' we danced them all.
